CGV offers varied opportunities to serve people in need, and GIVE BACK to the community. We always welcome new Volunteers. Any, all, or no experience welcome! Beginners are welcomed and encouraged. We are not professionals, but we can lend a hand for most tasks that require *unskilled* manpower. We are a cooperative, helpful bunch with a team approach.

Examples of our work: staffing a community event for our partner non profits, delivering meals to senior facilities and residents in need, community clean-up, demo and clearing out, painting, outdoor/yard work, small tasks and odd jobs that others don’t want to do...we do them. Typical volunteer events will be 2-4hrs in duration on a weekend day, although this may vary according to the task.

No ongoing or long term commitments! We know you’re busy! We’ll do the work to find the needs, schedule and coordinate the volunteer work, and if you can make it, simply RSVP and show up.

We will post monthly volunteer events for our members on on private Facebook group page. RSVP on the Facebook event page for a given project to join us. Please, in the interest of planning and safety, NO surprise arrivals. If you can’t make it, watch for the next event. We’ll be happy to see you whenever you are able to join us.

If the activity calls for it, we will generally provide supplies, tools, and safety equipment. We may request that volunteers bring specific items if you have them available.

Kids, spouses, family, and friends are welcome! Some volunteer projects will be limited to those over age 18. Under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All volunteers age 16 and above must register on our website.

If you have physical limitations and would like to volunteer, please contact us directly so we may do our best to accommodate you. There are often non-physical ways to participate in our events.
